Jonathan Op de Beeck obtained his master’s degree in applied physics at Eindhoven University of Technology, fueling his passion for material characterization at the smallest of scales. In his doctoral research he studies the building blocks of electronics down to the atomic level using a state-of-the-art microscope. Pushing the limits, he aims to improve the accuracy of this microscope to aid in the development of next generation electronics.
