Video coaching offers child care workers a new pair of eyes 👀

About the research

As a teacher or child care worker, wouldn't it be great to be able to press the pause button for once? Not to rest, but to be able to better observe the interactions between all those children in the classroom. Ine Hostyn (Artevelde University of Applied Sciences) has found a solution to this problem! Find out how she uses video coaching to give child supervisors a new pair of eyes  👀

Ine Hostyn

Quality interaction is the professional leitmotiv in Ine Hostyn's work. After a doctorate on interactions with people with severe multiple disabilities, she stood at the cradle of the bachelor Pedagogy of the young child at the Artevelde University of Applied Sciences. There, too, she takes attunement in interaction as a starting point to inspire around upbringing & coaching. Video coaching is Ine's favourite way to connect educators and young children.
