Eva Claeys has always been fascinated by the brain, and during her neuroscience studies she discovered her fascination for neurobiological psychiatric research. After a specialized master's at King's College London, she now investigates the biology of the depressive brain as a PhD student. Eva is interested in brain networks and how they influence our behavior. By means of MRI-scans she studies how problems in brain networks can contribute to psychiatric symptoms.
