No wonder this is eaten by astronauts during space travels 👨‍🚀 Joran Verspreet's (VITO) mission is to get this fancy space food onto your plate 🍽 For this, he's looking for the best way to preserve and store algae after cultivation, so that the processing of the algae can be done in one centralized facility.
