About the research

Do Google Home, Alexa and Siri have a social impact on our behaviour? Can they encourage us to drive more safely or convince us to exercise more often? That is what Pieter Vanpaemel (Vlerick Business School - KU Leuven) researches in his doctorate.

Pieter Vanpaemel obtained a Master degree in Marketing Management (2015) at Ghent University. He started his career in the market research industry, working as a quantitative market researcher at Ipsos (2015-2017). As from August 2017, he works as Researcher in the Marketing Area (Consumer Marketing, Retail and Branding) at Vlerick Business School.
