About the research

"Top presentation yesterday! πŸ‘ But that one slide with all those numbers could be slightly clearer." Feedback at work is crucial to your professional growth. But asking for it and giving it is not always easy. "We naturally feel threatened by feedback, which often causes us to avoid it," says Shana Mertens (UGent). How can organizations create a culture of feedback, where it is natural to ask, give, receive, and use feedback? That's what she is exploring in her PhD. Way to go, Shana, keep up the good work! πŸ˜‰
